Shipping Policy (pre-order items)

This one's worth the wait! Your items are available for pre-order, and as soon as they're in stock, we'll send the immediately!

Here's what to expect:

• We're aiming for delivery in late autumn 2026.
• Your card will be charged at the time of order (which is a great help to us as we get the business off the ground, thank you!).
• The moment your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email

Timelines can shift slightly depending on production, but we'll always keep you posted if anything changes.

Where We Ship

When stock arrives, we'll be shipping pre-orders within the UK only. We do have a plan for international sales in the near future, and we don't want anyone to miss out, so if you want products delivered abroad, email us at CustomerCare@ayaabotanicals.com and we'll do our best!
